Step to your left in zenkutsudachi, and do a downward block. Step forward with your right leg and punch. Go back to the right with a downward block, and forward with a punch. Go to your left, the | part of the I, and do a downward block. Three punches while stepping forward each time. Turn around to left with dwnrd block, then step forward with a rising block. Do the same to the right, then go back to the middle with a reverse punch. Three punches down the middle. Dwnrd block to left, step forward and high punch. Same the other direction.
